Marco started working within the property industry in France whilst living in the sunny South. Upon his return to his home town of Leamington Spa where truly born and bred, Marco managed a competitor Independent Estate Agency in Leamington and thrived on achieving results taking an unknown brand to be a top 3 contender. Customer service is high on his agenda wanting every buyer and seller to have the best possible experience. 15 years later Marco joined SBK as Branch Manager in 2016 and has brought his experience to the office strengthening an already fabulous brand.

David started in the property industry back in the last century (1998) and has worked at every level of the business. This has allowed him to provide genuine advice to both buyers and sellers based on many years of experience.
He has worked in the Stratford area since 2010 for a well-regarded independent estate agent and joined the SBK team in January 2017. During his time in Stratford he has built up a strong reputation for honesty and integrity with a continuing client base that have followed him to his new position.
Juliana joined the team in 2008, coming fresh from the hospitality industry but having previous experience in Estate Agency from the late 1980’s.
She is a bubbly, lively and confident member of the team who really strives to satisfy each and every customer. She enjoys supporting client’s through their sale or purchase experience and feels it’s really important to manage their expectations.
She has extensive knowledge of the Kenilworth property market and is dedicated to finding the perfect home for her clients.

Diane has worked in the Kenilworth Office for over six years. Having been brought up in the area and now living in the town she is able to offer vendors and purchasers alike the benefit of her local knowledge.
With an eye for detail, her skills are put to good use by producing eye catching and accurate property brochures, which include an excellent range of photographs to really show off the property to great effect. She also liases with local media to produce the regular newspaper adverts and ensures all new sales listings are uploaded to the various websites used by SBK.
Oliver has unrivalled knowledge of how the property business works having left school at 16 to run the photocopier and make cups of tea for an independent estate agent to become– 20 years later – director of New Homes at SBK.
Oliver brings a huge amount of residential property experience to SBK, having established and run Knight & Rennie – with offices in Leamington Spa and Kenilworth – for 12 years, ahead of the merger with Sheldon Bosley. ‘’This merger was a real no-brainer and represents a wonderful opportunity for both firms to pool their resources and talents to offer clients one superb service. Sue is an experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record of success. Having joined the SBK team in 2016 she brings with her a wealth of knowledge having been involved in the property industry for over twenty years in both New Homes and Residential Estate Agency management.
She is responsible for the smooth running of the Kenilworth Office and is passionate in providing a first class service and being able to offer all her clients complete peace of mind that their interests are being looked after in the best possible way.
Sue takes pride in her work and hugely enjoys meeting with clients where she is able to impart her knowledge and offer advice on how best to display a property in order to maximize both viewing potential and ensuring the best price is achieved.
Helen is delighted to have joined the expanding SBK sales team in 2016, having previously enjoyed a longstanding and successful role in the residential property market with another well known local agent.
Having lived and worked in South Warwickshire for more than 25 years, Helen has a first class knowledge of the area. With a wealth of experience in property, she is a highly motivated and confident negotiator who adopts a creative approach to solving problems to achieve great results.

Although a relative latecomer to estate agency, Katie’s lifelong interest in houses and their histories encouraged her to take on the role of Residential Sales Administrator at SBK. This allows her to play an active role in the marketing of some wonderful homes, and also gives her the perfect excuse to spend her free time browsing the property websites.
Katie provides administrative support to her colleagues in Sales, and assists with the production of marketing materials, property viewings, and the smooth progress of property sales generally. She says “One of the great joys of this job is helping to find the right buyer for every house; making that contribution to someone’s future happiness is the ultimate job satisfaction.”
Kate joined the residential sales team in Shipston in 2013. She comments “within my role I meet and greet our clients and liaise on the phone arranging viewings and discussing their buying requirements. I enjoy showing them round the properties and feel privileged to be able to help find them a suitable home; probably the biggest expense most of us will ever make.” Kate is also responsible for producing sales brochures, weekly newspaper adverts and numerous other administration tasks.
Having lived in Shipston for over 30 years Kate knows the area inside out and is in a good position to advise on what the surrounding villages have to offer ie. good local schools, doctors, shops and road and rail links.
Keen to learn and firm up her property knowledge Kate became a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2015.
Henry joined the SBK team in Kenilworth in May 2017 after spending 5 years working in Leamington Spa managing Lettings and Sales Departments at other Agents. Miranda has worked for the Residential Sales Department intermittently since 2011. Originally joining the Stratford office to assist with the Saturday viewings, her secretarial and administration skills and experience were soon put to good use providing occasional cover for the admin teams at both the Stratford and the Shipston offices.
Miranda now works part time in the Stratford Office, providing a friendly welcome to visitors to the office, admin support to the other members of the sales team and general help and assistance to vendors and buyers alike.

I have used the various services provided for over forty years. As a farmer I have gradually found it increasingly onerous and time–consuming to deal with the plethora of paperwork produced by the agricultural directorate in Brussels and its UK implementing agent, DEFRA. I have therefore contracted this work out to you for the last eight years or so.
My point of contact for the last five years has been Laura Gaydon; I cannot speak highly enough of the service she has given me. She has been meticulously accurate in completing my Single Payment Scheme (now the Basic Payment Scheme) forms, always in good time and in good order, which is a great relief for me; in spite of the maddening complexity of the paperwork we have never had forms returned or rejected. Laura has also been responsible for ensuring that my Higher Level Stewardship commitments are properly met and reminding me of, and helping me with, the other form-filling obligations the our masters in Brussels impose on us.
Beyond all this Laura and her colleagues were responsible for drawing up the plans and application forms for a new grain store which was completed in the summer of 2014.
On a personal note it is a pleasure to work with Laura; she is efficient without being remotely bossy and has the invaluable gift of correcting my errors without a hint of reproach.
