Perseverance Pays Off for a Challenging Property Sale

A few weeks ago a property sale was completed via our Kenilworth residential sales team. Nothing unusual about that, except that this was no ordinary sale, and proved very challenging for our team.

Sheldon Bosley Knight in Kenilworth listed the property for sale in February 2018 after the owner had tried and failed to sell it via a competitor.  Over the following months our sales team conducted 50 viewings and received 18 offers, 4 of which were accepted.

This resulted in 798 file notes by our dedicated team to ensure that all relevant activities, conversations, viewings etc, were properly recorded.

During the selling process, the property was rented out via our Leamington Lettings team to the eventual buyers, who were the original buyers but had had to pull out due to a change in circumstances.

Eventually, 6 months after the property was initially listed, the sale completed.

This was a true collaboration between our Kenilworth Sales team and Leamington Lettings team, and proved that perseverance really does pay off.
