We are delighted to announce and congratulate Ted Beale on obtaining his qualification as Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Not only is this a great achievement in its own standing but Ted has been equally impressive in passing his exams to qualify as a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. “To pass the Chartered Surveyors exams is not easy, but to pass both professional qualifications at the same time is a task to be attempted by only the very brave or very talented. Ted has proved to be both and all at Sheldon Bosley are very proud of him,” said James Walton, Partner at Sheldon Bosley.
The third success is that Ted has been approved as an RICS Registered Valuer; all these accolades coming over a period of a few weeks.
Ted, who is an active member of the agricultural team, commented, “two years of professional studying with Sheldon Bosley after graduation and completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence has enabled me to gain the highly regarded RICS qualification. As a fully qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor, and also becoming a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, will mean that clients can be assured of my abilities in advising on all agricultural and rural land management matters. I am particularly pleased to be able to use these new qualifications in undertaking formal valuations for tax and loan security purposes.”
Working as part of the agricultural team at Sheldon Bosley in Stratford, Ted can be contacted on 01789 292310 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
