Recently moved into a new property let by SBK. Both Josh and Katie were very helpful throughout the whole process, responding promptly to any questions we had. I first went in to SBK because the reviews were so positive and the website was superior to others. From the moment I walked in to the Evesham office, I was looked after extremely well. While Christian answered all my questions and even found time for a valuation that afternoon of my mother\'s property, before I returned home 200 miles away, I was aware of the proactive dynamic work continuing in the office. He then visited my mother in her Care Home to discuss taking on her property. Lucy, Chloe and Christian have at all times been honest, frank and efficient. I was always kept up to date with their proceedings, and given feedback after very viewing. The communication between the office staff was excellent, so messages could be left with those able to answer the phone and were understood, they would then be able to help, or pass on messages. Responses were always forthcoming. Their customer service was both impressive and outstanding. I thank them for their help and support.
