I had a very protracted sale under challenging market conditions, but despite the problems Sheldon Bosley Knight were actually a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Unlike the first agent I used, Ian Watts gave me a very honest and convincing explanation of why previous valuations of my flat weren't matching reality and his team quickly found me a buyer. When the conveyancing process then dragged on for 9 months (thanks to the unexpected obstacle of the 2021 Fire Safety Act) Norma Woodward kept in regular contact and was a source of much-needed reassurance - to both myself and the buyer - throughout. (SBK's in-house solicitors Jephson Legal did not provide an equivalent personal touch and high standard of communication, and I came to regret engaging them, but that's another matter...)

I would highly recommend Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK) for all areas of property. I have used (SBK) in the last 2-3 years to fully management a property on the rental market to then sell that property and then purchased through them also. From start to finish I have received nothing but a high quality service. I used the Nuneaton and Evesham branches. As we all know house moves are a very stressful time but one thing SBK never failed me on was communication which is key.
