Our new homes team work with developers across the region, marketing everything from single homes to large scale developments.

Our New Homes Team are based in Kenilworth

We have a vast knowledge of the local market, having sold developments ranging from single streets to large estates. We’ll help with design, property specification, market research, valuations, marketing and sales strategy, promotional events, qualifying leads and negotiating deals.

  • Initial pricing exercises to assist with bid formulation, appraisals and commentary on market conditions, product types etc
  • Pre-marketing advice, show home, under the line work etc
  • Site identity
  • Part exchange
  • Sales appraisals, working closely with the Strategic Land team on sales advice
