Its safe to say that without her timely interventions during the process we would have just given up, walked away and rented a property. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. All staff at the Bedworth office have been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive during what proved to be a difficult process owing to the dry Summer of 2022 resulting in subsidence to the bungalow which caused the first sale to fall through. The team provided useful links and advice on moving surveys and repairs forward as well as other useful contacts. Communication has been excellent throughout and I always felt informed and kept up to date. I wouldn\'t normally think agents earn their money, but I can honestly say in this case I think the SBK team at Bedworth have earnt their money and I am happy to recommend them to others.

We asked for a market valuation which was completed by Amy who was very professional and helpful. The valuation was very fair and took in to consideration the extensive modernisation and extension of the property which involved a significant investment it was clear Amy knew how to value the property. Should we decide to progress with a sale we would certainly consider instructing Sheldon Bosley based on the service received from Amy.
