Modern systems in place. We have had a maintenance issue that is being resolved promptly by Marc who's a very nice guy. No complaints.

I have used (SBK) in the last 2-3 years to fully management a property on the rental market to then sell that property and then purchased through them also. From start to finish I have received nothing but a high quality service. I used the Nuneaton and Evesham branches.
