She was extremely knowledgeable on all the properties we visited and was very prompt with communications, meaning that we were in our properties in no time. Tamara was an excellent property manager and a great go to for dealings with our first tenancy. Charlotte was really the person who was most helpful in the purchase of our house. She went over and above what was required of her, as was her trainee, Nareece. Its safe to say that without her timely interventions during the process we would have just given up, walked away and rented a property. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. Its a shame that this antiquated process cannot be more like the Scottish system. Charlotte and Nareece are a huge asset to your team.
