All staff at the Bedworth office have been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive during what proved to be a difficult process owing to the dry Summer of 2022 resulting in subsidence to the bungalow which caused the first sale to fall through. The team provided useful links and advice on moving surveys and repairs forward as well as other useful contacts. Communication has been excellent throughout and I always felt informed and kept up to date. I wouldn\'t normally think agents earn their money, but I can honestly say in this case I think the SBK team at Bedworth have earnt their money and I am happy to recommend them to others.
