Congratulations are in order for our auctioneer and associate director Matt Burrows.

Matt has just been accepted as member of the National Auctioneers and Valuers Association (NAVA) which is part of Propertymark.

The training took almost a year for Matt to complete and it was all done in his own time.

The four modular exams were completed in March and it now means he can use the postnominals MNAVA.

It is the ‘sister’ qualification of MNAEA and MARLA, both of which Matt completed earlier in his career.

Matt said: “Being professionally qualified in property is so important. The training and examinations confirm existing knowledge gained from experience and enable you to learn new technical skills and working practices.

“Completing the Technical Award in Real Property Auctioneering has enabled me to become a member of the NAVA and I am a proud member of such a prestigious professional body.”
