An impressive £1,159,000 was raised at Sheldon Bosley Knight’s latest auction.

The standout Lot was Land at Tree Tops Farm, Stonewold, Avon Dassett, which went for £30,000 over guide price achieving £168,500.

Bidding was intense from both in-room and online buyers with a total of 77.8% of the 10 available lots sold on the night.

The sale, which took place at Hinckley Golf Club on Wednesday, July 30, was also the first at which auctioneer Jessica Lewis officiated.

Jessica, who gained her professional qualification as auctioneer earlier this year, was in charge of proceedings alongside associate director Matt Burrows.

“She has worked extremely hard to gain her qualifications and I am incredibly proud of her and her achievements.
