Racing on point at Paxford

Huge crowds attended the Point-to-Point at Paxford on Easter Monday.

As well as the sun making a welcome appearance, those who came along were treated to some outstanding racing.

Sheldon Bosley Knight was proud to sponsor the second race of the day, The Open Maiden Race, which was won by Soldier Unknown owned by The Woodway Partnership and ridden by Izzy Marshall.

Harry Gladwin from North Cotswold Point to Point committee said: “The North Cotswold Point to Point is a wonderful event, bringing people together from all around the region and further afield for a day of brilliant racing and huge fun.

“The event could not happen without the generous support of Sheldon Bosley Knight and we are incredibly grateful to Dan Jackson and his teams throughout the region.”

Sheldon Bosley Knight custodian, Dan Jackson said: “We are delighted to support this fantastic event which was an extraordinary success.

“As well as enjoying some great racing, it was a chance to welcome a number of our friends and clients to the event.

“The weather was kind to us on the day and the BBQ afterwards was perfect, making it a great day out.”
