I have used (SBK) in the last 2-3 years to fully management a property on the rental market to then sell that property and then purchased through them also. From start to finish I have received nothing but a high quality service. I used the Nuneaton and Evesham branches. As we all know house moves are a very stressful time but one thing SBK never failed me on was communication which is key.
