Louisa has been our agent for our last two lettings and has been outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the properties we visited and was very prompt with communications, meaning that we were in our properties in no time. Tamara was an excellent property manager and a great go to for dealings with our first tenancy. From my first phone call, the staff have been so friendly and helpful. When I viewed the property, the estate agent that showed me around made me feel so welcome and not in anyway uncomfortable. The process of renting was so smooth and easy and then picking up my keys again was such a pleasurable process to be apart of which got me even more excited to get into my house knowing that I’ll be in good hands and taken care of by an incredible estate agents, the best estate agents I’ve used by far, I’ve had zero bad experiences with them.

First time buying on my own and ran into a few personal difficulties which couldn’t be helped. However, the team branch were brilliant. They supported me throughout and there was never any pressure. Charlotte was really the person who was most helpful in the purchase of our house. She went over and above what was required of her, as was her trainee, Nareece. Its safe to say that without her timely interventions during the process we would have just given up, walked away and rented a property. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. Its a shame that this antiquated process cannot be more like the Scottish system. Charlotte and Nareece are a huge asset to your team.

Amanda, Andy and the team have been outstanding. I used them when I brought my first house 5 years ago and again recently to sell the property and buy a new one which was also for sale with them. Our solicitors were challenging to say the least but Amanda went above and beyond to chase all parties to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.
