After 43 years with Sheldon Bosley, Jim Richardson has now stepped down from the Partnership, but will continue an active role with the company as a Consultant to our Planning & Architectural Services team.

Over the years Jim has developed extensive knowledge and experience involving a wide range of property-related matters across the local area, and in recent years has specialised in offering advice on boundary issues, Party Wall matters and advice on property extension, alteration and development.

Jim is a respected authority in these areas and has a wealth of local knowledge to ensure his recommendations are appropriate, practical and in the clients’ best interests.  We are therefore delighted that he will maintain his links with the firm and that we will continue to benefit from his expertise via his new role as consultant.

We had a little gathering to mark this important milestone and we all enjoyed a celebratory lunch.  The cream teas and fizz went down particularly well – not sure what the office productivity levels were like in the afternoon!
