On August 1st 2020, Mark Annett & Company became a part of the Sheldon Bosley Knight brand, an independent property agency based in South Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Sheldon Bosley Knight were delighted to acquire the traditional, customer-focused business Mark and his team have built in Chipping Campden. Mark Annett & Company established as Chartered Surveyors in 2005, featured on BBC 2’s estate agency documentary “Under Offer: Estate Agents on the Job”, and quickly became a trusted brand synonymous with specialising in period and character homes in the beautiful Cotswold market town.
From a customer service point of view, nothing is changing. Mark will remain on hand to offer residents advice on all aspects of property but with the support of the wider group which specialises in planning, architecture, rural, commercial, lettings and block management. Sheldon Bosley Knight brings state of the art systems including propertyfile which benefits buyers and sellers alike, along with their own website attracting over 10,000 visitors a month.
