Staff across the Sheldon Bosley Knight group have pulled out all the stops to celebrate VE Day.
Flags, bunting, cream teas and even dressing in 1940s attire were the order of the day across all our offices.

As the nation came together today to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day our staff have been hard at work ensuring their windows and offices included historic photos, vintage flags, balloons, bunting and in some cases, personal memorabilia.
Sheldon Bosley Knight’s custodian Mike Cleary said: “As a business firmly rooted in our local communities, we felt it was important to mark this significant anniversary.
“Many of our staff have parents, grandparents or other extended family members who either fought in the war, remember the Blitz, took part in the street parties as the nation celebrated VE Day itself or who have other personal recollections.
“The displays in our windows and branches are our way of remembering and saying thank you to those who fought and died for our freedoms.”
