Hot on the heels of his successful and informative talk at the Warwick Society, valuer Ian Watts is hosting his first property clinic.

Ian, who is part of Sheldon Bosley Knight’s residential sales team in Warwick and Leamington, will be at the Craftsman on Thursday, February 26.

Anyone who has a burning question relating to buying and selling homes can come along at any time between 2pm and 4pm at the venue in Smith Street, Warwick.

Ian said: “I love meeting people to talk property and having lived in Warwick for many years I know the property landscape here inside out.

“When people learn I’m an estate agent, the first question is generally about how the housing market is, so now is the time for them to find out!

“I want to be able to share my knowledge, advice and insight into the local market and give people information which can help them whether they are buying, selling or even wanting to build a home here.

“This is the first clinic I’ve ever done and I would love as many as possible to come along – no question is off limits! Whether you want to know about house prices, where is the best place to buy, school catchments or just have an informal chat, please do come along.”

Following the event on Thursday, Ian will be hosting clinics every fortnight at the venue between 2pm and 4pm.

He said: “I have a table booked and drinks will be supplied. It’s a no strings, informal, friendly chat in a cracking location – so what are you waiting for?!”
