Always keen to help encourage and inspire the next generation, two of our sales staff went back to school to take part in a careers event.

Groups of Year 11 students at Myton School in Warwick were asked questions by Ian Watts and Jenny Fletcher from our Leamington office as part of a mock interview session.

It was designed to give the students a taste of what a job interview might be like, prepare them for such a challenge and give them constructive feedback.

Jenny said: “The students who we interviewed all gave their best efforts and honestly, I was very impressed by their answers and their confidence.

“I found it to be a touching experience, hearing about the students’ aspirations, alongside being able to hopefully inspire them to go and chase their dreams.

“It doesn’t feel like five minutes since I was taking part in mock interviews and the experience reminded me as to how far I’ve come in my own career today!”
