When he’s not overseeing the lettings teams in Evesham and Pershore, senior lettings manager Josh Jones can be found working for Propertymark as regional executive for the West Midlands.

Propertymark is the leading professional body for property agents, working closely with members to set professional standards through regulation, accredited qualifications, an industry-leading training and mandatory continuing professional development.

In recognition of the work he does for Propertymark to help raise standards in the industry, Josh was awarded Events Ambassador of the Year 2025.

He was given the award at a conference of regional executives at Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry.

He said: “It was a massive surprise to win and I’m genuinely thrilled!

“It’s fantastic to be recognised among such an inspiring and brilliant group of people who do so much for our profession. I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Propertymark and to the amazing reps I get to work with, it really is a team effort.

“It’s been a great year so I’m also excited to carry this forward into 2026 and keep supporting our members and the industry.”
