Anyone living or working in Kineton may have seen some new faces in our office.
Our new senior negotiator Patrick Wilson has been out and about getting to know everyone in the area. He has hit the ground running, gaining two five-star reviews in his first week!
He joins residential sales manager Amy Nicholson, sales progressor Kate Billing, viewing representative Alison Smith, sales negotiator Hermione Walls and call answering and administration support, Jenny Coldicott. Sarah Scaysbrook heads up our lettings team there.
Patrick said: “I’m delighted to be representing Sheldon Bosley Knight here in Kineton – a thriving village that perfectly combines history, a strong community spirit and countryside charm with friendly pubs, independent shops and cafes.
“From the moment I joined the team, the warm welcome from local people has been fantastic and it’s clear how much pride people take in their homes and community.
“We’re here not just to help buyers discover everything Kineton has to offer, but also to give sellers the support, guidance and exposure they need to make their move as smooth and successful as possible.”
Amy said: “There’s so much to love about this vibrant village and the surrounding area and I’m thrilled to be heading up the team here.
“Having lived in the area for many years and recalling my school bus passing through the village, it’s rewarding to now have over two decades of experience as an agent while working closely with the Kineton community.
“We all live and work locally so know the area well and we are looking forward to helping people in their property journeys.”
