Staff at Sheldon Bosley Knight are busy getting ready for this year’s Evesham Town 10K.
The annual event, organised by Evesham Vale Running Club, takes place this year on July 6 and will feature more than 350 runners in both an adult’s race and a children’s fun run.
The main route goes around the streets, parks and alongside the River Avon in Evesham starting and finishing in Crown Meadow.
Sheldon Bosley Knight is proud to once again be one of the sponsors this year and is entering a 10-strong team.
The team is beefing up their fitness by organising and hosting a 5K training run on June 22. It is open to all those registered to take part in the main race and they are keen for as many to come along as possible.
Evesham’s senior lettings manager Josh Jones said: “Sheldon Bosley Knight has been involved with this annual event for many years and it’s always a privilege to do so.
“This will be the fourth time I’ve done the run and this year I will be joined by nine colleagues, all of whom are really looking forward to it.
“Staff from across the business are coming along to support us on the day – either cheering from the sidelines or helping on our stall, handing out goodie bags to all those taking part.
“It’s going to be a fantastic day!
“However, we thought a bit of extra training prep might come in handy so we hope the 5K we’ve organised will be a fun way to get ready for race day.”
