Sheldon Bosley Knight is celebrating after a clean sweep in the customer service category of a reviews site’s regional awards.

It’s the second year running the sales and lettings offices have scooped top spot in the allAgents’ Customer Experience Awards, which recognises individuals and offices whose service has been reviewed and rated by customers.

In total they won 72 gold awards, up on last year’s total.

The results are based on independent customer reviews received between September 1, 2022 and September 1, 2023.
