Sheldon Bosley Knight acquires Hawkins Sales and Lettings

Sheldon Bosley Knight has started the year off with a bang with our acquisition of north-Warwickshire based Hawkins Sales and Lettings.

As well as the residential sales part of the business, the deal will add 450 managed properties to our rental portfolio which will be run from the two existing Hawkins’ offices in Nuneaton and Bedworth.

We will also retain the 18-strong team at Hawkins, including the three partners.

The acquisition establishes a base in north Warwickshire for SBK and grows our office numbers to 11.

The opportunity to buy the business came at the perfect time for both our companies at the end of 2021.

Roy was planning to retire, and we were seeking a new commercial base to cover the areas of Nuneaton and Bedworth.

Having spent 32 years building up his business in the area, Roy is a well-known and popular member of the local community.

We hope to maintain the trusting relationship with Hawkins’ loyal customers and continue serving the communities of Nuneaton and Bedworth.
