THIS YEAR’S FIRSTPRO 2015 WINNER IS ……………….

James Walton, Sheldon Bosley, Property Professional of the Year 2015,We are delighted to announce that James Walton, Partner at Sheldon Bosley, was the winner of this year’s ‘Property Professional of The Year’ Award for Warwickshire and Coventry.

The awards ceremony took place at the Coventry Ricoh Arena on Thursday 23rd April where James was presented with his award.

The FirstPro winners must be more than simply excellent at their job – they have contributed to the community outside the workplace, supported others and shown an active commitment to the region.

Apparently they also need to possess the intangible x-factor – which James has clearly demonstrated!

James Walton Sheldon Bosley Estate and Letting Agents in Shipston on Stour and Stratford upon Avon WarwickshireWe are delighted to announce that James Walton, Partner at Sheldon Bosley, has been shortlisted as ‘Property Professional of The Year’ for Warwickshire and Coventry.

He is one of three professionals included on the shortlist and has been interviewed by the judging panel.

Quoting Coventry and Warwickshire First, the organisers of the award “Coventry and Warwickshire has a strong, vibrant professional services community serving local businesses, large and small. In a glitzy awards ceremony to be held in April at the Ricoh Arena, the very best of the region’s professional talent will be recognised, with the overall winner named FirstPro 2015.

The shortlisting process has been particularly tough this year, with 37 entries across the five categories it wasn’t easy to narrow it down. The nominees were assessed according to five factors; excellence of their contribution in the workplace, their community contribution outside the workplace, the support they provide to others inside and / or outside the workplace, their commitment to and engagement in Coventry and Warwickshire and the intangible X-Factor.”

James said “I am very flattered to have been nominated for the award and proud to have made the shortlist.  This is an award which reflects well on the whole firm, and it is pleasing to have been recognised in this way.  I am now looking forward to the award ceremony itself on 23rd April.
