Alto quizzed 700 customers and from that 700, 83% say regular communication via WhatsApp, text and/or video calls is important to them, following with 69% who believe that having a physical branch where they can visit and speak with an agent face to face is important.
With regards to communication, email remains the preferred choice of communication for any non-urgent updates at 77%. With a surprising 12% preferring phone calls and 11% prefer texts.
However, 99% demand quick updates and feedback on milestones and 97% want clear information about the buying or selling process
