Great service received from all of the team at SBK, highly recommend.

Although the people at SBK are all very kind we felt that throughout our experience there was a lack of communication between staff and often were told conflicting information. There were some staff who were very helpful though. I sometimes felt that as our case went on for so long with the same problems with buyers delaying we didn\'t altogether feel that there was much sympathy and often felt like a nuisance asking for information. Mrs Carvill however was always helpful and informative.

Wayne is the man! Wayne has been incredible through this transaction, he understood the assignment and helped bridge the deal in great form.

Overall, my experience with them has been excellent. They’ve been very pleasant and helpful, and I haven’t faced any major issues. I wasn’t initially aware that fiber internet wasn’t available due to installation restrictions, which was a deffinet negative. Nonetheless, I’ve been pleased with the service they’ve provided.
