SBK celebrates the opening of its 17th office

Sheldon Bosley Knight is celebrating after opening its 17th office.

Based in Solihull, the team, who will focus on lettings, got the keys to the Coach House in Warwick Road this week.

As well as experts in their fields professionally, property managers Kelly Wright and James Taylor are Solihull locals so have an in-depth knowledge of the area.

Regional lettings manager Jo Egan said: “We are excited to be in and have hit the ground running, helping landlords in the area secure great tenants for their properties.

“We are also delighted to have received some fantastic five-star online reviews.

“The reaction so far from the locals has been amazing and we have made some great connections. There is huge demand for rentals at the moment so we will be very busy.

“We can’t wait to help even more tenants and landlords, so if you are looking for a five-star service please pop in and see us or give us a call.”

The new office and expansion into Solihull is the latest development for SBK which has acquired six companies, seen its reach extend into Coventry and Leicestershire and its staff numbers almost double all in the last 12 months.

SBK custodian Mike Cleary said: “We have an enviable track record of finding talent and building business around them – most recently with the appointment of Matt Burrows who in a year has established a highly successful auction department for us, and more recently Rebecca Dean who is doing a fantastic job as the head of our lettings team – and this latest office is no exception.

“I’m delighted at the success the team has had already in Solihull and I have no doubt this is just the beginning for them.”
