SBK establishes a dedicated lettings team in Pershore

Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK) is celebrating the New Year with the establishment of a dedicated lettings team in Pershore.
Based at SBK’s existing sales office in High Street, Pershore, the team will be headed up by lettings manager Natalie Brush.
She will work alongside Tim Smeaton who carries out all the managed properties’ maintenance and routine inspections.
Natalie, who began her career at SBK three years ago said she was delighted to be bringing a dedicated service to landlords and tenants in the town.
She said: “I am really proud to be opening the SBK Pershore lettings office. Up until now we have operated from nearby Evesham but due to the business’s expansion and our ever-growing portfolio we decided to open a standalone lettings branch within our existing Pershore office.
“As well as growing the numbers of landlords and properties we manage, I am determined to ensure we continue to provide a great service for our current landlords, many of whom have been in the sector for a long time.
“Pershore itself is lovely with a traditional and bustling high street, with independent shops, bars, restaurants and a hotel all within walking distance as well as the famous Pershore Abbey.
“There are quite a lot of events scheduled in here throughout the year including Oktoberfest, the famous Plum Festival and Pershore Carnival.
“It’s also a great rental town, the market here is buoyant and the potential for growth is huge. But it’s not just Pershore, I am covering a vast area including all the surrounding villages, Worcester, Tewkesbury and as far as Cheltenham.
