Regent Street is closed to traffic for two days but all the shops and businesses are open in between takes including clothes boutique Domino Style which was transformed into a 1980s fashion store and Café Nero which was RD Bennett’s Tea Rooms. The former Tustain’s jewellers was also rebranded into a jeweller called Bernard Jones and was featured in Ms Turner’s scene.
