Sheldon Bosley Knight is proud to be embedded within the communities we serve and as such are passionate about sponsoring and supporting local events and projects.
None more so than the Pershore Plum Festival. Now in its 25th year, the event is the highlight of the town’s calendar and SBK is delighted to support it by sponsoring the Art Competition.
Children from across the town’s schools took part and this year there were so many entries and the standard was so high, we increased the number of categories.
Pershore lettings manager Natalie Brush had the hard task of helping choose the winners.
Natalie said: “The competition this year was very popular and we were inundated with entries which was fantastic.
“The standard across the board was incredibly high and I’d like to congratulate all those who took part and submitted entries. It was tough to judge but I really enjoyed seeing all the amazing artwork – Pershore’s children are clearly very creative and have great imaginations!”
The prize giving ceremony takes place at Pershore Town Hall on Saturday, August 19 at 11am. All the winners’ entries will be displayed as part of an exhibition at the Town Hall on Saturday between 10am and 12 noon, so do come and see them.
