Our staff always like to go the extra mile when it comes to helping their clients. None more so than our Kineton office.

Branch manager Sara Jordan, and her team helped secure dream homes for two clients who all wanted to stay within the village.

They were part of the same chain and were all upsizing but wanted to stay within Kineton as they love it so much.

Sara also found one of the buyers a short term rental property in Wellesbourne as the house they were buying was not immediately ready to move into.

Sara said: “This particular chain has showed very clearly, home is definitely where the heart is!

“Kineton is such a fantastic, wonderful village and so it is no surprise all the buyers wanted to continue living within it.

“The schools are good, there are some lovely independent shops, it’s a very pretty village close to the countryside and there are properties available to suit everyone, no matter what stage you are in your life.

“The children are now able to stay at the same school which they are very pleased about, their families have their dream homes and we are all delighted!

“It was also a team effort as one of the properties within the chain were marketed by us, we were able to make a referral to our conveyancing partner, Jephson Legal, and we were also able to find a rental.”
