If you’re new to this software, it’s essentially a group chat for colleagues that allows anyone with the same email domain to send instant messages to each other. Zoom is a video conferencing website that allows up to 100 people to video call for free, or up to 500 with the upgraded package. It’s a great platform to host team briefings or client appointments. If your team usually enjoy a trip to the pub on a Friday after work, virtual quizzes are a fun way to maintain that social element. You could either take turns writing the questions and hosting on Zoom, or enter one of the many Facebook/Instagram live events popping up as a team. Make the prize something that can be redeemed once you’re back to work in the office as something to look forward to.
If you and your colleagues normally take a walk around the block on your lunch break, an online workout could be a great replacement and an easy way to get in some exercise. There are plenty of fitness instructors posting free daily home workouts on YouTube, such as The Body Coach P.E classes or Yoga With Adriene.
