SBK sponsors Pershore’s Plum Festival

Sheldon Bosley Knight is proud to be sponsoring this year’s Pershore Plum Festival art competition.
Open to children aged four to 11, the theme this year is 25 years of Pershore Plums.
Children can submit entries individually or schools can also create one artwork as a whole class.
Entries must be received by Friday, July 7.
Winning and commended entries will be exhibited as part of our 25th anniversary celebrations over the August Bank Holiday weekend at our Pershore branch.
There are lots of exciting art supplies up for grabs for the winners and prizes will be awarded to all individual winning entrants with bundle prizes awarded to schools of winning entrants in all categories.
This year is the 25th anniversary of the Festival which takes place over the August bank holiday weekend.
Visit the Pershore Plum Festival website for more information including details of how to enter.
SBK’s Pershore lettings manager, Natalie Brush, said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring this competition. The Festival is always great fun and every year it gets better and better.
“The children always pull out all the stops with their artwork so I know we are going to get some amazing entries.
“I am also really excited to see all the winning pieces as well as those commended up in the office!”
SBK’s Pershore sales manager Alan Metcalfe said: “Like the Pershore Plum Festival, SBK has a rich heritage and we are always keen to be involved in community events and activities.
“We wish the festival, now in its 25th year, all the very best and hopefully this wonderful weather will continue.”
