There are some sore limbs in the office today following the Evesham 10K on Sunday.
The nine-strong team of keen and not so keen runners from Sheldon Bosley Knight made their way round the 10K course in sweltering temperatures alongside hundreds of others.
As well as the adult race there was also a children’s fun run.
Thankfully there were plenty of ice creams, ice lollies and cool drinks at the finish line.
It was amazing to see so many people who walked, jogged and ran round the course and be cheered on by a huge number of spectators who lined the route. Congratulations to all those who put on their running gear and took part!
