About Residential Lettings and Property Management

At Sheldon Bosley Knight, we pride ourselves in delivering an exceptional, professional and personal service to both our landlords and their tenants. Our fully trained property managers have a wealth of experience with property maintenance and will aim to care for our clients properties at the highest level whilst endeavouring to achieve the best possible return from their investment.

We have expert letting and property management teams based in each of our offices looking after their own local client portfolios. Continual training ensures our teams are fully informed when considering the raft of legislation governing the Residential Lettings sector. We currently manage in excess of 2300 residential rental properties across Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. Our team managers boast many years of experience in their field thus keeping Sheldon Bosley Knight ahead of the game.

Our company and individual memberships of RICS and ARLA ensure we follow very strict codes of conduct keeping our standards at the highest level at all times.
