A big shout out to Leamington Rugby Club’s First XV.

The team, which is sponsored by Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK), thrashed opponents Manor Park by 35 points to 20 in the game on January 27.

Six tries and a conversion secured the win which resulted in Leamington moving up to third place in the Counties 1 Midland West (South) league.

It’s the highest the team has been at this stage in the season for a few years. There are six games left starting with an away match against Old Coventrians this coming Saturday. 

SBK custodian, Mike Cleary said: “We are proud to support the communities in which we live and work and as a former rugby player myself, I am particularly proud we have supported Leamington RFC for a long time.

“The first team has played superbly this season and this move to third place in the league is phenomenal. We wish them continued success for the rest of the season.”
