Just moved into a new property in Leamington, Sheldon Bosley Knight were fantastic, they answered all my questions and were incredibly responsive. I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. A very easy and smooth process!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with SBK Lettings. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We viewed the house on the first day, submitted our application the very same day, had our references checked the next day, and by the third day it was approved — we honestly couldn’t believe how quickly everything moved! I would highly recommend Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK) for all areas of property. I have used (SBK) in the last 2-3 years to fully management a property on the rental market to then sell that property and then purchased through them also. From start to finish I have received nothing but a high quality service. I used the Nuneaton and Evesham branches. As we all know house moves are a very stressful time but one thing SBK never failed me on was communication which is key.
